"Francesca was late but she had unexpected problems on the tube, so I don't blame her. Also communication from the team was good. Starting late meant that I had to get set up for a meeting (working from home) while she was still there, but she also did whatever she could to be discreet and make sure I could get on with the meeting and other work without distracting me. Really happy overall 😊"
