"This is the second time I had a treatment with Martha. The first time she arrived over one hour later because she had forgotten her cloppers at home and had to go back. As a result, i managed to have only the manicure and not the pedicure I had booked for as i had an appointment i had to go to. Today Martha came on time. She should improve the level of attention she puts while during the treatments: i had to tell her that she had done something on one had while she was doing the second as she had forgotten about it, she constantly checked her phone during the treatment which it is not professional (one foot one one lap and the phone on the other). Then unfortunately her lamp broke and the polish already came off one nail. She also stood up and inadvertently dropped the towel on my fresh nail polish. She’s good but needs to pay more attention. I can send a picture of my nails as I think a refund of the manicure would be appropriate. Thanks"
