"My previous shellac wasn’t removed properly, layers of it were found the next time I got my nails done. A rotating tool was used to remove my previous shellac during the appointment which was very unpleasant and, as mentioned, ineffective. There were very few nail colour to choose from. My nails were filed during the session (not necessary as it was an express gel manicure - I had just wanted the colour changed) and the nail shape turned out to be very uneven and was uncomfortable. I filed them myself the next day because they would snag bits of clothing. Would not recommend. "
