"The booking system and payment were very easy so I had high expectations for my treatment. Firstly, the therapist that I was told to expect didn't come, another girl, Bev arrived and was spot on time. However, it went downhill from there on. She plugged in her phone to charge without the curtesy of asking. She asked me to put my feet on her lap while she was carrying out the pedicure, she was sitting on the same type of chair as I was, so I was at an impossible angle so I suggested I sat on two extra cushions but it wasn't comfortable. The pedicure and manicure took 2 hours, I was desperate to get on with my day, but Bev was so slow at her job. Did she have an interview with you? She seemed very unsure and nexperienced. She didn't clean under my nails and the final straw was when she emptied the bowl of dirty water I had my feet in down my kitchen sink. Surely your therapists should be taught to empty the bowls down the loo. I'm sorry that I've felt I had to write this but I've just moved back to this country from abroad where I used to have manicures and pedicure at least once a month. I know what a good treatment should be like. Kind regards John Morgan..."
